A vocalist and pianist Miriam Hoyt has performed at Pat O'Brien's in the New Orleans French Quarter for more than 25 years.  Known to many by the stage name "Scubie," Mrs. Hoyt plays by request and is accomplished in all types of music, from swing, jazz and blues to pop. She has appeared on the David Letterman Show. She's also played for celebrities such as Carol Channing, Whoopie Goldberg and Jim Nabors.
