After writing songs for over 20 years, Cathy Hernandez-Brown began working with several talented musicians to put together a positive, original, and inspirational Gospel album (I NEED YOU, LORD). The album consists of 13 songs written, composed, and produced by Cathy Hernandez-Brown through GGTG Productions (Giving God the Glory), an indie record label located in Tuskegee, Alabama. Cathy Hernandez-Brown is the CEO of GGTG Productions, the Executive Coordinator for GGTG Ministries (A Christian Outreach Ministry), the writer, editor, and creator of GGTG Ministries' free monthly Christian newsletter, a songwriter, singer, pianist, the author of "The Great X-Cape" (published in 2010 under her author's pen name, "Angel Brown") and the author of "The Great X-Cape II (God's Amazing Love) which is in the publication process and will available to the public in a few short weeks. Ms. Brown's first single release, "Go to Nineveh" (which is track #12 on her debut Gospel album) reflects the story of her life. After pursuing her own goals for many years, she found herself in a situation that she refers to as having the similarity of being in the belly of a whale. Finding a special relationship with God through the most troubling time in her life is what motivated her to "go to Nineveh" and caused her to find her God-ordained calling in life as a writer of inspirational literature and a Gospel recording artist. All songs on her debut Gospel album reflect her past experiences and consists of heartfelt lyrics that express her deep love and appeciation for God. Cathy Hernandez-Brown has four children: James, Erica, Jarretta, and Andrew, two grandchildren: Jasmine and Jaylen, and currently resides in Tuskegee, Alabama with her husband of 15 years, William K. Brown.
