grant waldenGrant Walden is a singer/songwriter, audio engineer/producer, session musician, and vocalist from north Alabama. Since he was very young, Grant has been drawn to all things musical. He's multi-instrumental, primarily playing guitar, keyboards, drums, and percussion. Grant is passionate about writing meaningful lyrics and melodies with which his listeners can connect.

Grant is the guitarist and producer for The Walden Project, nominated for Best Folk Group in the first annual 2008 Muscle Shoals Music Awards. He has worked with The Music Preservation Society, Inc., a non-profit organization that hosts the annual W.C. Handy Music Festival; Grammy Award-winning country band Shenandoah; Wishbone Recording Studios; song publishers Shoals Creative and Sugar Bend Music; and jingle companies 'At Primetime' Productions, Audio Logoz, and McGuire Productions. In 2008, Grant earned a BS from UNA with a major in commercial music and a minor in journalism; now, he's advancing his education. His recent projects include recording, mixing and mastering various artists including Mary Ray Harris's uncoming album set to be released in January 2010. He is also in the writing/recording process of his own untitled debut solo album.
